Event Details

Overview:

This class combines elements of yoga, such as posture, balance, flexibility and breathing with the use of light weights and body resistance to improve muscle strength.  No experience or yoga mat is necessary.  Exercises will be done standing up, and participants may choose to sit in a chair or lie down for the final relaxation segment.
