This program caters to the young at heart and the body that is willing. Put on your cross trainers bring your water and prepare to be moved. Challenge your mind while in a safe and unique daily movement manner we challenge our fitness level. Weights, walls, chairs, bean bags balls and bands are used to keep your mind and your body active. Body balance and strengthening is the main focus in this one hour class. No jumping, no working on mats, let’s use the walls or the chairs instead. Let the music move you. Bring your runners, wear comfortable clothes and don’t forget your water.
